Military Bases Becoming Wildlife Havens?

Military bases have long been known as one of the heaviest polluters in the country. In recent years, as the New York Times noted in the video, bases such as the nation's largest located in Florida are slowly becoming safe havens for endangered species, such as the red cockaded woodpecker.
