Get Pumped

Loomstate and alternative fuel station Conserv Fuel will launch a limited collection of retro mechanic chic goods – LOOMSTATE FOR CONSERV FUEL. Conserv Fuel promotes alternative fuels that pollute less. Why not look good doing it? Conserve Fuel co-founders Kristopher and Austin Moller make the announcement. “Conserv Fuel is a destination for alternative and environmentally friendly fuels, we wanted to offer our customer other alternatives that would benefit their environmentally conscious lifestyle so we went to organic fashion pioneers Loomstate.”

The service station inspired LOOMSTATE FOR CONSERV FUEL capsule collection is comprised of twisted-seam t-shirts in organic cotton gauze-jersey, bandanas made from organic Indian voile, and a vintage style service-station hat in organic cotton-canvas. Loomstate’s signature artistic approach was used to create four exclusive graphics for Conserv fuel, each inspired by iconic agricultural and service-station imagery.

Conserv Fuel is the only gas station in Los Angeles to sell biodiesel (B99) at the pump and will be the first in the Greater LA area and the second in the state approved to sell ethanol (E85). Founded in April 2007 by Kristopher and Austin Moller, Conserv Fuel is the next generation in fueling station. Conserv Fuel currently provides alternative fuels to the mainstream while educating consumers to the benefits of biofuels and, most importantly, fuel conservation. Conserv is founded on the principle that the "most environmentally-friendly fuel is the fuel that's not consumed." By choosing to purchase from Conserv Fuel, customers are supporting a better alternative. Conserv's customers are making a conscious choice to use their dollars to support a more progressive company that is proactively changing the retail fueling market providing access to alternative fuels.
